A whimsical study of two beautiful swans. This one is all about that deep, midnight blue water and how the reflections catch the light. I love how the shimmering ripples and splashes end up looking just like a starry night sky or a tiny little universe. The movement of the water and the way the swans are curving toward each other giving the composition this really nice, fluid energy—like they're just drifting through their own quiet galaxy.

Painted entirely by hand using oil paints, this is a one-of-a-kind original artwork created at my little home desk in Sydney. Every brushstroke was carefully laid to capture the richness, texture and softness nature of the scene.

  • Painting size: 10.2 x 15.2 cm
  • Framed in a thrifted silver toned frame (Size accounting the frame is approximately 16.8 x 21.8 cm).  Please keep in mind that thrifted finds come with a little pre-loved character. Minor imperfections are part of its charm.
  • Unvarnished. Painting can be varnished if desired after 6-12 months.
  • Ready to hang or display on a shelf
