EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Due to the nature of my products we have a no return/refund policy.
Please contact us at hello@monicagonzalezart.com if you have any problems with your order.

To be eligible for an order cancellation, you must request it before we have confirmed the details of your order or any further interaction about the creation process of your piece has begun.
Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns or cancellations on digital downloads or gift cards.

DAMAGES & OTHER ISSUES

For orders involving physical delivery, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please make sure to retain all original packaging, as it may be required to lodge an insurance claim with the shipping carrier.
